We make every effort to fulfill orders within one business day, but there are times this isn't possible. Some items may only be in-stock at a store location and must be transferred back to the fulfillment center for processing. This can take 2-3 business days.
Also, some items may require customization which will necessitate additional processing time. These will be noted in the product description of each individual product.
Shipping times, for your chosen shipping service, only apply to the time in-transit, once the order has been turned over to the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages. If your package is delayed please contact the carrier directly.
